speed2u Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the speed2u platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Last updated: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the speed2u platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and speed2u as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms signifies your acceptance of the updated version.
Speed2u is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on speed2u. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. speed2u reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including prior to processing your first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. speed2u will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a speed2u user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following restrictions apply to all users:
- You may not use any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from speed2u.
- You may not attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit system bugs to gain any unauthorised advantage.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other party.
- You may not use the platform for any money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.
- You may not provide false information or use another person's identity during registration or verification.
Speed2u reserves the right to take appropriate action — including suspending or closing accounts and withholding balances linked to fraudulent activity — in the event of any violation of the above rules.
4. Payments & Transactions
All transactions on speed2u are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other methods that may be added from time to time.
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. speed2u is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements and may require supporting documentation. speed2u reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect the transaction is linked to fraud or a breach of these terms.
Any transaction fees charged by your bank or eWallet provider are your responsibility. speed2u will notify you of any additional charges imposed by the platform itself.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, speed2u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or temporary system downtime.
Speed2u does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily unavailable.
Intellectual Property
All content on the speed2u platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of speed2u or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The speed2u platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. speed2u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Speed2u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account, temporarily or permanently, for reasons including: breach of these terms, fraudulent or suspicious activity, failure to verify identity, or at the user's own request. In cases of closure due to a violation, any balance associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Changes to These Terms
Speed2u reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an on-platform notice or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
